At Allura Online, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully so you know what to expect when you place an order.

1. Shipping Partner

  • All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy
  • We have chosen The Courier Guy for their reliable nationwide coverage across South Africa

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed
  • Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched

3. Delivery Times

  • Major cities and metros (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth): 2–3 business days
  • Outlying and rural areas: 3–5 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and the weight and dimensions of your order
  • Additional charges may apply for deliveries to outlying or remote areas
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • You can use this tracking number on The Courier Guy website (thecourierguy.co.za) to monitor your delivery
  • If you have not received your tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@alluraonline.com

6. Incorrect Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete before submitting your order
  • Allura Online is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@alluraonline.com or 081 018 5334 — we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@alluraonline.com
  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will follow up with The Courier Guy on your behalf

8. In-Store Collection

  • Customers are welcome to collect their orders in person at no shipping cost
