  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Skincare and hair care products must be unopened and unused for hygiene reasons.

  • Fragrances must be in their original, sealed packaging.

  3. Ship Your Item: Securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided in the return instructions. Be sure to include the return authorization number inside the package.

 

Refund Process

  3. Ship Your Item: Securely package the defective item(s) and ship them to the address provided in the exchange instructions. Be sure to include the exchange authorization number inside the package.

  4. Receive Your Replacement: Once we receive the defective item and confirm its condition, we will ship the replacement item to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your new item has shipped.

 

Exchange Process
